Bleue Hospitality is leading the development of Colisée, an ambitious project set to become a landmark in Marrakech’s hospitality and entertainment scene. The goal is to create a grand restaurant-spectacle with over 800 seats, offering an immersive dining and entertainment experience that positions Colisée as an emblem of the city. The project is currently in its preliminary phase, focusing on feasibility studies, market research, and the development of a robust business plan. Future stages will cover every aspect of the project lifecycle to ensure a cohesive and high-quality execution.
