Bleue Hospitality was tasked with the comprehensive development of Fattuciani Casablanca, a modern Italian-inspired restaurant concept. The goal was to create a vibrant dining destination that blends contemporary design with an approachable culinary experience, tailored to Casablanca’s cosmopolitan clientele.

- Concept Development: Defined a fresh and engaging concept that highlights Italian cuisine with a modern twist.
- Business Strategy: Developed financial models, market analysis, and a comprehensive operational plan to ensure profitability.
- Branding: Created a cohesive visual identity, from logo to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- FF&E and Design & Production: Oversaw the design, sourcing, and production of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to align with the brand’s identity.
- Project Management: Managed the project timeline, budget, and coordination with local contractors and suppliers.
- Operations: Established operational workflows, recruited and trained staff, and provided post-opening operational support.
