Bleue Hospitality is leading the full-scope development of Lotus Café Marrakech, an ambitious project located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina. The concept is designed to cater primarily to tourists, with a focus on providing a vibrant, alcohol-free dining experience. With a projected capacity of 700 to 1000 covers per day, the café will offer a diverse range of non-alcoholic beverages and an inviting atmosphere tailored to both local and international guests.
